I am currently a second year graduate student at the Yale School of Architecture. It is my last year here and my expected graduation date is May 2015.
Although I was born in Dallas Texas, I spent my childhood moving from place to place. In rapid succession I lived in Hawaii, London, Scotland, Louisiana, and Idaho. After high school in Idaho, I went to USC in Los Angeles for my B Arch. During my time at USC, I won the Gesundheit traveling fellowship and traveled to Nicaragua to study their local building methods. I also studied abroad as part of the schools Italy program. Directly after graduation in 2009, I moved to Rotterdam to work for Powerhouse Company where I would form the core beliefs of Architecture that I still hold today. I spent close to two years abroad, and then moved back to the US. In New York, I worked for Diller Scofidio + Renfro for just under three years where I pushed all of my architectural abilities forward drastically. I then left DS+R to go to Yale and develop my own ideas in more depth. The summer between my two years at Yale, I worked at Weiss/Manfredi back in New York.
Upon graduation, anything is likely to happen...
